[Qgis-user] Masking baselayer (Stamen Watercolor)

Hi there. I'm new to QGIS and I'm looking to mask the base layer I've added
to my composition. In ArcGIS this would be done by clipping one layer to
the extent or shape of another. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
