[Qgis-user] Flow Accumulation Direction

Hello QGIS community,

I try to carry out some Flow- Accumulation and Directions for my
trainingsarea. I find some GRASS & SAGA Tools, but it´s difficult for me to
understand the correct use and the differents. 

Maybe someone know a good instructions guid (german or english) or can
explane the use and differents?
