[Qgis-user] How to simulate shading to stretch with qgis

Do you think you can make the shadow to stretch to simulate mountainous with steep slopes qgis starting from shp layer of a technical paper at the regional 1:5000? 



How can I do? 
I enclose a similar card with the desired effect.

Secondo voi è possibile realizzare l'ombreggiatura a tratto (tratto lumeggiato) per simulare le forti pendenze montane con qgis partendo da layer shp di una carta tecnica regionale al 1:5000?
Come posso fare?
Allego una carta simile con l'effetto voluto.
