[Qgis-user] Dialog Legend of WMS fixed size

I'm using this WMS Portuguese Land Cover :

http://www.igeo.pt/WMS/Cartografia/COS2007N5

When i do double clik in the legend, the windows dialog is fixed.

Can anyone confirm this?

If yes, it's possible and a scrollbar or is a problem from the WMS?
