[Qgis-user] In QGIS 2.4 disappeared the setting of mode-identify

Identify is greyed until a layer isn't selected. It means the "mode" cannot
be set inside the pane (because identify isn't available) if a group is
selected instead of a layer in the TOC. If you confirm this I consider it a
bug.
