[Qgis-user] How often is rebuilt qgis-dev in OSGeo4W?

Finally, i downloaded osgeo4w-setup-x86.exe and when i ran it, it
proposed *2.3.0-111.
A*ll is ok, now.

Furthermore, i remarked that my old install file is osgeo4w-setup.exe
(without the x86). After i updated qgis-dev, i ran once again my old exe.
It still proposes 2.3.0.97 as new release although it displays 2.3.0.111 as
current release. Strange...
