[Qgis-user] Error in processing Extract by attribute algorithm

no it refers the page when processing (aka sextante) was an external
plugin... now it's in the core =>

register as OSGeo user [1] and create new tiket in [2] logging with yout
osgeo new user.
Here you'll find a isse category pull down menu related to Processing
