[Qgis-user] QspatiaLite plugin 4.1.1 error message

I think for plugin issues, you will have better luck notifying the plugin
maintainer or seeing if it's already reported in their issue tracker.

https://code.google.com/p/qspatialite/issues/list is where you can see that
specific bug tracker for the qspatialite plugin.

FYI, 4.1.1 looks like a version number, maybe for libspatialite?
