[Qgis-user] How to build Topology for Line layer

Dear all,

I have a line layer of Road network (Downloaded from OSM) 
I found couple of roads that are not properly intersected (under shoots and over shoots), excluding dead-end roads
Now, I would like to build topology for those using QGIS or any Open Source GIS tools.
