[Qgis-user] Select points by location problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the function "Spatial query" and i hope you can help..
More precisely, i have performed "Clip" function on my buffer zone that
overlaps the .shp file with parcels, so i got the small polygons, that
should have the overlaping border with the buffer zone.
But when i extract the nodes from clipped polygons, and do the "Spatial
query", and select the points that are "within" the buffer zone, it selects
the ones inside but it selects and some of the points that are on the
buffer zone border.
All the layers and my project have the same CRS.

Why is this happening, can you help?
