[Qgis-user] QGIS V 2.2 editing vector environment not functional

At the 2.0 release I had a lot of problems installing it and when I did 
get it installed it seemed to have a few problems with the tools...but I 
haven't tried it on the 2.2 release So I could be entirely wrong at this 
point. I will add that to my list of things to try out.
