[Qgis-user] how to install SciPy?

Hi all,
I'm looking for info for an easy way to install SciPy (on W8.1).

I saw that is not present on the Osgeo installation so I tried installing another program [WinPython] containing the package but QGIS don't recognise it when necessary (e.g. using a plugin). Shall I copy libraries to a qgis folder or something else?
