[Qgis-user] how to install SciPy?

Yes, scipy is available in OSGEO4W, at least in the 32-bit edition.
Right now I'm using Linux, but if I remember correctly, scipy es under
"libs" category (I'm really not sure). You should search for the
"python-scipy" package.
