Hi Stefan,

No support for non-anti-aliased fonts at this time. It could be added here, with settings pulled from a layer's label settings:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/src/core/qgspallabeling.cpp#L4296-L4343
It would need to set the painter's render hint to no anti-aliasing when the setting calls for it, e.g. as is done for the opposite here:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/src/core/qgspallabeling.cpp#L4342

Seems pretty simple to implement.
