[Qgis-user] Georeferencer not working after installing 2.4

Thanks Richard, that was the problem.  It was hidden off screen.  Although
appreciated, the methods suggested didn't work.  Alt + space ended up
working and then I could maximize the Georeferenceer window.  Thanks again
for putting me on the right track.
