[Qgis-user] programmatically load a plugin

Hello,

I would like to programmatically load a plugin from QGIS official repository (eg in startup python script)
I've found QgsPluginManagerInterface class but I'm not sure addPluginMetadata<http://qgis.org/api/classQgsPluginManagerInterface.html#aeec85580f92725f55047069be6273c97> can do the trick...
I've explored QWebPluginFactory class which can be access by qgis.utils.plugins, but it's a little bit confusing for me...
