[Qgis-user] Where are The "Field Values " window in "Select by Expression" ?

Thanks Nathan. I also think the dialog needs a bit of love: especially
on small screens it is sometimes difficult to use.
BTW, I think we should make our interface more uniform; AFAIK in most
similar cases we have a tabbed dialog, not split side by side.
Probably a question to be raised with QGIS-UX ML though.
