[Qgis-user] Georeferencing Vector Files

Hi,
There is one sure way to do this, Use your CAD Package to align the 
property survey to the correct CRS, using two common points.
What CAD Package are you using, if you have AutoCAD, then you can use 
the align command to preform this, I assume that other packages have 
similar commands!
There are vector align plugin's available, but I find the above method 
simplest, There is a CAD plugin being proposed to help with this process 
in the future, but it is unfortunately not yet available.
