[Qgis-user] QGIS Error

Hi There,
Im using Qgis 2.12 and whenever i try to overlay my polygons using any of the open layer maps, i.e. google, bing and apple maps it gives me a python error. the error is

Has any one come across this error? How do you fix the error.
