[Qgis-user] Missing Items tab in upper panel of Print Composer (QGIS 2.2 - Valmeira)

I was able to "solve" this problem by uninstalling QGIS 2.2, and instead
using either version 2.12 or version 2.8.5.  Both of those versions have an
Items tab in the upper panel of the Print Composer window.
