[Qgis-user] Help/advise in using Action functionality

Hi everybody,

 

I’m looking for a description/eventually tutorial on how to call external
programs from within QGIS (e.g. document viewer), I’m running 2.6 under
Windows 32 bit, grateful for any help/advise, thanks in advance,
