http://docs.qgis.org/2.6/en/docs/

try the dropdown on the right there, those are the languages which are
being compiled.

there are more translations, for different sub projects, see:

https://www.transifex.com/organization/qgis

we keep a certain threshold which a translation has to reach before we
start compiling/serving it.
