[Qgis-user] how to add borders with "police symbol" mapinfo symbol?

Hello, 

I have a big POINT layer with a complex symbology (categorized symbology). 
I would like add for my features a dark border . iknow that it's possible to
do that for "simple symbol". 

But How to do that for "police symbols" mapinfo symbols?
