[Qgis-user] US Tiger files

Hello.  I am working with some Tiger files from the US Census.  I have
several files which contain road data, water, etc.  There are also Address
files but these contain no .prj files.  I would like to know what I need to
do to get this data connected to the road layer or what ever layer it
should be to view the data.
In the past I was able to use a similar set of data that broke the roads /
streets into address ranges.  But there was a .prj file so it showed up
just as the roads layer.

Maybe I am overlooking something.
