[Qgis-user] projection center

Wow! Thank you for such a quick response. I had been using a custom CRS without the reconfigured WGS84. It left horizontal connecting lines across the page.
I will try reconfigure the WGS84 shape file today  though the instructions were a bit unclear to me.
I know they were step by step but still were unclear.
