[Qgis-user] Qgis run time error

Each time I try to open qgis 2.61 64 bits on win7  I get this error.

information

An after  opening the dump file I get this:

I am not a programer and  I can not understand what the problem is neither
how to solve it. Doe any one has any hint on the matter?
