[Qgis-user] Qgis run time error

Thanks for the answer, I forgot to tell two things in my question

a) This behavior happens with both OSGeo4w and standalone instalations

b) After I hit ok in the error box Qgis loads and I can work, nevertheless
the problem is kind of anoying.
