[Qgis-user] is it possible to label with multiple items

You can use expressions with the labels. Click on the "E".  That should solve your problem.

Is it possible to label a polygon with not only its identity but also other items from the attribute table.  For example have both the 'plot 1' and below it '345 square metres'
 (or just 1 and below it 345). 

I imagine this could be done by joining attributes into a combined column and then selecting this single column or similar as a fix but is it possible to do it just by selecting multiple attributes?
