[Qgis-user] QGIS don't release the handle of an exported shapefile

Hi, i notice this strange issue.

>From a qgis 2.8.2 project I try export a layer in shapefile format.
After this I try to zip the exported shapefile to send with email.

But, the zip compressor report me that is impossible open the files
(.shp, .dbf, .shx) because they are opened from another software (I
know it is the qgis).

I don't understand who is wronging.
Infact I guess the qgis should not leave open the shapfile after it
end the exportation.

Please notice I choose to not add it to the canvas.

But effectively is a strange issue.
Before fill a ticket I like to have some opinion.

I work on win7.
