[Qgis-user] [Off-Topic] Field Data Collection with QGIS

Hi,

I know that this is not the main purpose of this mailing list, but have
someone tried any Open-Source APP to collect data in the field with a
tablet?

I want to previously prepare my map in QGIS (or another desktop software),
upload to a tablet and get some information in the field, using forms (need
data validation), device information (GPS location, time, route) and take
some photos for each point.

I want to make a big survey in a historic city in Brazil, describing each
build and parcel.

Have someone got any good experience?
