[Qgis-user] Error message when starting QGIS 2.8. (WIEN)

Hi there,

 

When starting the freshly installed application I get the following error twice during startup it:

 

R6034

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.

Please contact the application support team for more information

 

Has anybody an idea how to fix this, thanks in advance,
