These lines are for me:

C:\PROGRA~1\QGISWI~1>textreplace -std -t 
"C:\PROGRA~1\QGISWI~1"\bin\grass64.bat

C:\PROGRA~1\QGISWI~1>xxmklink "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All 
Users\Startmenu\Programme\QGIS Wien\GRASS GIS 6.4.4\GRASS 6.4.4 GUI.lnk" 
"C:\PROGRA~1\QGISWI~1\bin\grass64.bat" "-wx" \ "Launch GRASS GIS 6.4.4 
with wxGUI" 1 
"C:\PROGRA~1\QGISWI~1\apps\grass\grass-6.4.4\etc\gui\icons\grass_osgeo.ico" 


You are installing into a different drive than the operating system is 
installed to. Maybe that throws some errors.
