[Qgis-user] IntraMaps Roam: help!

hi all!
is there anyone that can help me in understanding IntraMaps Roam?

I read the brief guide on the DMS page, but I'm still not able to create 
a shp with the necessary form: when I digitize/fix a point and then fill 
in the form, I save but the shapefile contains only the geometry. I f I 
select the feature with the pointer it shows just the ID or if I check 
the attribute table it lacks of all the fields of the form.

am I missing something?
