[Qgis-user] Points in Polygon

[Joseph Sloop]

To All:
I am running the 'Points in Polygon' process in QGIS 2.8.2 version and
every time I run the process I get this error:

Once you click ok, QGIS shuts down. Any thoughts or suggestions?
