[Qgis-user] Geographic transformations: Puerto Rico & USVI

Hello all:

For those of you that deal with the inclusion of projections and transformation methods in QGIS:

Is there a way to transform coordinates in State Plane for Puerto Rico & USVI Zone, from NAD83(86) to NAD83(2011)?

Also I'd like to transform coordinates from NAD83(CORS96) to NAD83(2011).
Is there a way to include the mathematical transformation algorithm in QGIS?
