[Qgis-user] failed - OpenStreetMap import

Hi Jim,

I am not using any extra plugins but the existing ones coming with QGIS.

I clicked
Vector->OpenStreetMap->Download Data <No problem here>

But, then
Vector->Import Topology from XML
then I clicked OK

Immediately, I received this error:

failed to import OSM data:
XML error: Premature end of document

Can you spot any thing Jim?
