[Qgis-user] Help SENSUM Plugin Installation

Hi all

I tried to install SENSUM Plugin into QGIS Brighton, following all the
steps given on the officiel link of installation :
http://lhotse21.gfz-potsdam.de/sensum/sensum_rs_doc/install.html

But still not work, worst Qgis can't even connect to internet to find
Package like usual (screen shot attached).
