[Qgis-user] How can I establish the best way to arrive in a specific point?

Maybe the travelling salesman problem (TSP) is your question? look here

In QGIS with Postgis can install pgrouting <http://pgrouting.org/> but this
is different: provide geospatial routing functionality.
