Still having problems?

You did not provide info about which service url you were using.

With Pisa normally my wms's are still working fine.

I googled a mapserver url from maine.gov

http://mapserver.maine.gov/wms/mapserv.exe?MAP=c:/wms/basemap.map

and that one worked fine with me here
