[Qgis-user] Decimal as comma

I think you need to change your local Windows settings.  They are probably set to us English.

In 2.14 when I use a decimal number it is represented as a dot.

In Denmark we normally use a comma , as decimal separator. 
  
How can I change the dot into a comma ?
