I have noticed that although Gdalinfo -stats shows the output tif as having data:
STATISTICS_MAXIMUM=223
STATISTICS_MEAN=-1.4013838186591e+38
STATISTICS_MINIMUM=-3.3999999521444e+38
STATISTICS_STDDEV=1.6735675394745e+38
When I open it in Qgis it shows
Min -3.4e+38
Max -3.4e+35
Is this a problem with my file or with Qgis?
Cheers, Steve

Qgis will only display the clipped file as monochrome over the whole land surface.
Can anyone help solve this, it's driving me mad!
Cheers,
Steve
