But qml file is not corrupt and I can load it in QGIS with 2.6 and 2.8 release (with 2.10 and 2.12 I can’t!)

Salut Pierre,
Never had that problem but the qml file is a text file.  You can look at it using notepad++ (or whatever text editor) and see if the file is corrupt...
