[Qgis-user] Processing Toolbox

Evening guys!
I am trying to create a Model in the processing toolbox, what I need 
though is an extents value, preferably from the canvas.
I was thinking of using a Python script to output the canvas extents 
which I can slot into my model.
What I need is the script to do that, my python is non existent!!
