[Qgis-user] (poor) performance loading postgis layers in qgis-server 2.8 ltr + postgis 2.1 + lizmap web-client

Not used in the testing data, but I'll take note of this for other
situations.

Ok, I didn't even dare zooming (in or out), but the default extent is a
zoomed in portion of the "big" layer (~1/15 of the total surface). I'll
check this.
