[Qgis-user] "Unable to read max value in CSF"

Hi everybody!!!
I'm trying to transform a raster file format (.gtiff) to a map file to
submit to Fragstat. My downside comes when I try to do this procedure from
the Raster / Conversion / Translate option. This leads me the following
error "Unable to read max value in CSF" How I can fix it? I'm working with
qgis version 2.8.3.
