[Qgis-user] Error when running a simple raster filter

Hi,
Not sure why you are getting this specific error.  Just try running it is Saga.  It's already installed with QGIS. Saga is easy to use.

 Is this the first time you have installed QGIS or did you have a previous version installed?

Did you have a 32bit install before?
