[Qgis-user] Transaction groups in 2.16

Hi!
I can’t find the option for transaction groups in QGIS  2.16.2. I should be in Settings -> Options -> Data Sources. Is there in 2.14 anyway. I’d like to try it out. Anyone who knows about it?
