As far as I know you can customize your info window in QGIS or using HTML popup to display feature attribute data.

Hi All,

Are there any plans for QGIS to have a pop up function available to allow user to see attribute data? 

I know in the likes of ArcGIS Online there is a function that allows you to create charts with attribute data within pop ups. It would be great if that function was available within QGIS/FOSS software.
