[Qgis-user] plugin error messages on startup

QGIS 2.18.11 installed from windows 64 bit installer. running windows7 w
/latest updates:


2017-08-16T07:11:31 1 Failed to load
C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS2~1.18/apps/qgis/plugins/globeplugin.dll (Reason: Cannot
load library C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS2~1.18/apps/qgis/plugins/globeplugin.dll: The
specified module could not be found.)

C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS2~1.18/apps/qgis/plugins/grassplugin7.dll (Reason: Cannot
load library C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS2~1.18/apps/qgis/plugins/grassplugin7.dll: The

The above messages show in the messages console on startup everytime I
launch QGIS Desktop 2.18.11.


I verified that the dlls mentioned are in the directories ( assuming the ~1
is some type of python variable that resolves to yield a standard directory
name) so I don't understand why they are not being loaded. Are the messages
telling me that the dlls can't be found or that some libraries the dlls
need cannot be found?


I still see this when I load QGIS desktop with grass support.


Extensive googling has yielded only unresolved guess threads on previous
versions.


Is this even an issue?


I'm noticing that the Query console keeps ercing out with bad Python syntax
when I follow pibliched tutorials
