[Qgis-user] QGIS Print Composer - export world file with image

Hi List

I have a composer layout I'd like to export with a world file.  Under Export Settings in Composer I check the option to save world file and export an image but I don't get any accompanying file regardless of the output format.  I am running QGIS 2.18.12 on Windows 7 64bit.

I see this was fixed back in 2.16 (https://issues.qgis.org/issues/15268) but has the same bug crept back in?

Also, can anyone get the reference map dropdown to work?  I've tried with multiple map frames and nothing happens.
